Rachel Tyler Adv.Dip, MBACP
I am passionate about working with Children, Teenagers and Adults. For the last 16 years I have built a range of specialisms, working in various roles across Dorset. Those I have supported have faced many issues including bereavement, trauma, anxiety, family breakdowns, low self-esteem and depression. These experiences have led me to develop a Creative Integrative Practice that draws on a combination of Psychotherapy & Counselling approaches. For each client this means that their experience of therapy will be unique and tailored to their needs. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, BACP.
“Therapy is a place of change. Change from pain or distress to a place of calm and positivity. It is a journey that can be shared to help ease the burden. When it becomes challenging it can be worked out together. The power to find the solutions we seek is in all of us. How I can help is to take your hand and walk beside you. I very much look forward to the journey with you”
