It can also help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your own goals and values, and can develop skills for improving relationships. The ultimate aim is to help you bring about effective change and/or enhance your well-being & mental health.
Face to Face Counselling
Face to face sessions are held at my private practice in Verwood. I have a comfortable room where you are able to explore any issues that you are facing.
Online counselling is a preferred option for many clients. Especially for those who may not be able to travel or have busy schedules. It is easy to access as you only require a confidential space and a Smartphone, Tablet or PC.
